ENG vs WI – 3rd Test: Playing XI Prediction, Match Prediction, Dream11 Team and Fantasy Tips

Bad news first: Shai Hope isn’t faring well for West Indies. And the good news, their batting looks decent enough even without Hope’s contribution. Instead of focussing more on Hope, West Indies think-tank should find a way to keep Ben Stokes calm. Yes, the English All-rounder was everywhere in the field. He opened brilliantly in the 2nd Innings, built a patient century innings when the team needed him in the 1st innings, bowled out the top-scoring WI batsmen whenever Joe Root handed him the ball and ran until the straight sight-screen boundary rope to stop a four when he was the bowler himself. WI should focus on Stokes if they need to win the final game that starts this Friday at the same venue where the 2nd match was held – Manchester. As the series stays level now at 1-1, the 3rd T...

England vs West Indies: Nasser Hussain Doubts Jofra Archer Would Be Mentally Fit To Play Last Test

Nasser Hussain understands that Jofra Archer would not be mentally fit to play the last Test match against West Indies after facing a lot of criticism because of irresponsible behaviour. Archer had visited his home ahead of the second Test match, breaching the bio-secure bubble. His mistake would have cost tens of millions of pounds to ECB as per England’s managing director Ashley Gills. ECB immediately dropped him ahead of the second Test match. He was kept under the self-isolation period for five days.  Luckily, the two COVID-19 tests of Jofra Archer have come out as negative. He is available to play the last decider match of series. But Nasser Hussain doubts that the 25-year old pacer would be able to give his best in Manchester.  Someone has to put an arm around...

By: PTI | Kolkata | Published: July 22, 2020 6:04:44 pm Virat Kohli and Sourav Ganguly (File Photo/BCCI) Former captain Sourav Ganguly remains the “catalyst” for transformation of Team India and the “fearless” Virat Kohli has taken it to another level, remarked ex-England cricketer David Lloyd on Wednesday. The cricketer-turned-commentator was referring to the India-Australia Test rivalry in the early 2000s when the Ganguly-led India first won an epic home contest 2-1 before securing a 1-1 draw Down Under in a classic four-Test series to retain the Border Gavaskar Trophy. “I’m a massive fan of Ganguly by the way. I think Sourav Ganguly gave the team a real steel t...

Few BCCI Stakeholders Against Holding India vs South Africa Series: Reports

But few BCCI stakeholders are against hosting the bilateral series.  Team India has not played a match since the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic. They last played the series against New Zealand, which ended on 3rd March. Next, India and South Africa were set to play the ODI series but the series was cancelled even after the Proteas had landed India. Subsequently, the IPL which was scheduled to start from 29th Match was postponed till 14th April before being postp...
