Looks like things aren’t going so good for Marvel and DC Comics, or the industry as a whole. Comic book journalists are trying to use manga sales again, to cover up sales. Also, ComiXology is not doing so well over at Amazon.

Where are they getting the money to continue putting out this woke garbage.🤷♂️

The art on the thumbnail is an abomination.
Only activists can fail this successfully. And by all means go ahead! Down with corporations! Rise independents! This has to be a great time for independent media to take off.
I’ve seen exactly one person in my life reading a digital comic, on the subway. No one I know that collects comics reads them digitally. You can’t properly appreciate the artwork, if there’s artwork worth appreciating, in the digital format.
What are you gonna do, really zoom in to check out little details or shading or something, and then lose the sense of scale in the picture?
Art of any kind is ALWAYS best in the medium it was created for. Period.
Stan Lee made like web toons, comfortable to read in screen. Comixology, putting their boring promoted comics aside, was formatted for print, it doesn’t read well in smartphones and to be honest it doesn’t feel real, why one should pay for imitation of art instead of the art itself. The only good thing I can say about comixology is that I don’t remember them attacking consumers, their consumer service was instead fast and helpful.
